CardGazette is a publication of T&E Capital Partners LLC (Wyoming registered, operating as “TH Capital”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information you provide when you use CardGazette.com.

Information We Collect
- Email addresses you provide via newsletter signup, demo signup, or audit purchases.
- IP addresses for rate limiting and abuse prevention on interactive tools.
- Anonymized analytics via Plausible, a cookieless privacy-respecting analytics provider.
- Stripe payment data handled directly by Stripe per their privacy policy. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
How We Use Information
- To deliver subscribed services and newsletter content.
- To send transactional emails (delivery confirmations, account updates, audit results).
- To improve our products through aggregated, anonymized analysis.
- To prevent abuse of free tools (rate limiting by IP).
How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent customer data. We use the following third-party processors, each with their own privacy practices:

- Resend — email delivery.
- Vercel — site hosting.
- Supabase — database hosting.
- Anthropic — AI generation (content + free snapshot tool).
Data Retention
- Account data is retained while your subscription is active.
- Within 30 days of cancellation, we delete personal data on request. Email privacy@cardgazette.com to request deletion.
- Transactional records are retained for 7 years to comply with U.S. tax requirements.

- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention).
