Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CardGazette.com (operated by T&E Capital Partners LLC, doing business as “TH Capital”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Description of Services

CardGazette is editorial content covering business credit cards, banking, and SBA loans. Some content is supported by affiliate partnerships (see our Affiliate Disclosure). Paid subscription services (AI Blog Engine, AI Social Presence, AI Review Manager) are offered through TH Capital's services site under the same legal entity.

User Accounts

Where required, you must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscriptions auto-renew on the billing schedule selected (monthly or annual). Annual saves 17%.
• You can cancel any time from the customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not refund pro-rated for unused portions of a billing period following voluntary cancellation. We do issue automatic credits when a delivery falls below our quality bar — see our Quality Guarantee.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Scrape the site or its tools without written permission.
• Abuse rate-limited free tools (snapshots, demo generation) by circumventing IP throttles.
• Resell or relicense content we generate for you to third parties without substantial modification.

Intellectual Property

We own all CardGazette editorial content, software, and brand materials. Content we generate for you under a paid subscription becomes yours upon delivery — you can publish, modify, or repurpose it freely. Your voice profile data is yours and exportable on request.

Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that AI-generated content is free of errors. Customers using AI-generated content for publication are responsible for review prior to use. Editorial recommendations on CardGazette are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, T&E Capital Partners LLC's total liability under these Terms is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify T&E Capital Partners LLC against third-party claims arising from your use of the services in violation of these Terms or applicable law. We agree to indemnify you against third-party claims that our service infringes their intellectual property rights.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, where T&E Capital Partners LLC is registered. Disputes will be resolved as described below.

Dispute Resolution

We'll first attempt to resolve disputes informally. Email legal@thcapitalllc.com with a description of the issue. If we cannot resolve within 30 days, the dispute will be settled by binding arbitration in Wyoming under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms. For material changes affecting subscriber rights, we'll notify you via email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or for fraudulent / abusive use. You may terminate your account at any time from the customer portal.
